Staff Positions
Staff positions are generally 28-40 hours per week with a
regular schedule of hours. For a staff position, you must
be of legal age to sell alcohol (18 years of age or older). Paid Sub Positions
Paid Sub positions are
generally around 22 hours per month with flexible scheduling. Paid
Subs are trained in various departments to fill in for staff who
are ill or on vacation or if there is a temporarily open shift.
For a Paid Sub position, you must be of legal age to sell alcohol
(18 years of age or older). Paid Subs have the flexibility to choose
which shifts they want to accept to cover and which shifts they
do not want to cover. If a Paid Sub works a total of 22 hours within
specified pay periods in a given month, they receive a 15% discount
off of their store purchases for the whole of the following month.

Owner-Worker Positions
If you are an owner and would like to work at the Co-op for
