The Co-op offers a diverse selection of classes, from our cooking programs to informal discussions about healthy lifestyles inside and out. We believe in educating our community about important food, family, health and environmental issues.

The majority of classes are held in the Co-op’s meeting room at the South Store, 1007 SE 3rd Street, Corvallis, unless otherwise noted. Register by mail, or at the Customer Service Desk (North or South). Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all fee classes. Co-op owners receive a discount on classes.

If a class is cancelled, we will refund your payment in full or offer you a class credit. If you choose to cancel your registration, please give us 48 hours notice for a full refund. If you do not cancel within 48 hours and are unable to attend, we cannot refund your class fee.

Know someone who enjoys cooking? Consider getting them a gift certificate for a class. It is simple, just stop in and talk to Customer Service.
